DESCRIPTION: The Academic Building is a four-storey institutional development located in Tangkak, Johor, with a total built-up area of 29,100 sq ft, designed for Lembaga Jemaah SMJK Pei Hwa. The building accommodates 22 classrooms, 2 science laboratories, a surau, toilet facilities, and supporting educational spaces to meet the school's growing academic needs.

Its contemporary architectural design incorporates interlocking brick screens as a distinctive façade element, enhancing the building's identity while promoting natural ventilation and allowing filtered daylight to penetrate the interior. Together with open-air corridors and climate-responsive planning, the project creates a comfortable, sustainable, and conducive learning environment for students, educators, and the wider school community.
